I have 25 years of work experience in various industries (e.g. accounting firms, marketing firms, building firms, etc.) that have given me a rounded knowledge and a variety of office skills. I have always prided myself on completing jobs on time and in a cost-effective manner to the client.
I started working as a Virtual Assistant in November 2010 after I had my daughter, thinking that I would like to have a balance between having a career and family life. This arrangement has worked very well for me, and clients always have great service. I now wonder why I never did this earlier – the answer in my head tells me that the technology wasn't quite there! Technology is a side of our business that I just love; it is constantly changing and allowing us to think outside of the square to get things done more efficiently.
My family and I currently live in Rolleston, Canterbury. My husband and I are both from Auckland and saw an opportunity down here to raise our daughter with some of the qualities of life we had when we grew up. We have been in Rolleston for 7 years (before that, we lived in Ashburton for three years) and settling into the community. We are now enjoying the benefits and advantages that Christchurch offers without having to live in a city.
